Kids, working life ain't easy. So if you aren't prepared to be discipline, responsible and willing to have less of a 'me' time then don't start working.
Being a management trainee I thought would have its perks since I'm new and it essentially means getting a bit of helping hand to start. However it has its falls as well. Being in a department with elder people is a bit lonesome because you can't mix around much. The conversation you'll be having with them are different as well. The downside as well is when everyone is busy you essentially won't have any task to do and you'll just be wasting your time in office anticipating as the clock ticks by.
Ya working life isn't easy but I would rather work than study anytime. Heck, I get my own pay :P
